    Theres a report that VvD had done his ACL. 7-8 months.

    If both MCL and ACL go then walking is very tough. But you can walk forward gingerly often, just have no lateral ability. Not all knee ligament tears result in writhing in pain on the turf. First thing I thought when he winced and grabbed it was oh god his ACL.

    We have had a good innings. Virgil and the front 3 have remained relatively free from injury. How long is it realistic to expect that to go on for.?

    Absolutely gutted BUT if we are even close to as good as people say we are - then we will cope.

    Sorry, without Allison and Virg the defence will leak plenty of goals. Not sure we will cope with both of those out long term.
