    20/21 Score predictions week 7 results and week 8 fixtures

    Week 7 results

    In the early stages of any league all it takes is for a participant to have one or two decent or poor results in quick succession to give things a completely different complexion, and that's exactly what has happened over the last two weeks, with this week being as a result of a number of people managing to get into double figures. Sharing the top spot on this week's podium were B&B (Balinkay and BlackSalmon) who top scored with ten points apiece. Balinkay would have have had top spot to himself had he not changed his prediction for the Leeds v Leicester match. A point further back in third was last years champ Reddownunder.

    This week's special mentions go to Ianlfc who was the only person to get the Newcastle v BS score spot on, and Reddownunder who did likewise with the Tottenham v Brighton game.

    Week 7 scores

    Balinkay = 10 points (2 perfect scores and 4 correct results) Wol v CP & Liv v WH

    BlackSalmon = 10 points (2 perfect scores and 4 correct results) Wol v CP & Liv v WH

    Reddownunder = 9 points (2 perfect sores and 3 correct results) Liv v WH & Tot v Bri

    Redebreck = 7 points (1 perfect score and 4 correct results) New v Eve

    Charliev = 6 points (1 perfect score and 3 correct results) Liv v WH

    Dicko1969 = 6 points (1 perfect score and 3 correct results) Liv v WH

    Fayyazms = 6 points (6 correct results)

    Skyebo 6 points (6 correct results)

    Ianlfc = 5 points (5 correct results)

    Justme 5 points (5 correct results)

    Kev0909 = 4 points (4 correct results)

    RedNoodle = 4 points (4 correct results)

    Joetan = 3 points (3 correct results)

    At the end of week seven we have a new leader of the league, with the man now currently top of the pile being this week's joint winner Balinkay. He is a point ahead of of the recent leader CCTV courtesy of his double digit total this week. Two points further back in joint third are Kev0909 and I Rednoodle, though we have now been joined in that position by Dicko1969. There is also a three way tie for sixth, with one of those three being last years champion Reddownunder, who will hope to back up this week's good score with a few more in the coming weeks. BlackSalmon, who was looking like he was facing a mammoth uphill task after missing a week and then having a bit of a mare last week, is now back in the game after his joint week winning total.

    Current standings

    Balinkay = 44

    CCTV = 43

    Dicko1969 = 41

    If you're not sure what to do with the ball, just put it in the net, and we'll talk about the other options later... Bob Paisley.

    I see Lawro has gone for a 2-0 to Man-city..Its usually 1-1 draw with him. Does he honestly think they will keep a clean sheet against us?.
