Yes, especially with so many matches to play.

I believe, could be wrong. But i believe they were suppose to play a friendly with New Zealand but the game was cancelled due to covid That was a perfect time to give the players a few days off. But no we have another friendly thrown in.

What on Earth is the point of friendlies in amongst all these competitive games anyway?? It’s complete madness. From the FA and the Premier League right up to FIFA the game is 100% about grabbing as much money as possible. There is absolutely no integrity in the game whatsoever and as for a duty of care towards the players... don’t make me laugh.

To me it would have been easier to get this league campaign over with. Have all the qualifiers in June and have the tournament after, and restart next season in September again..
By next summer there shouldn't be any issues with travelling.Hopefully the pandemic will be over by the spring.
We don't need international football right now. Its bizarre to say the least.
