This is often the case though. So why not let him play where he does his best work. And have a more potent force in front.?

I think when Klopp faces reality - it will happen

Back to joint-top with the Spuds (on points), but second on Goal difference( - damn you, Villa game!!!).
Swept away a team that thrashed City 5-2 earlier this season.

Oh, and clean sheet kept (great homage paid to a Liverpool great and club legend)

Not too bad for a team facing a massive injury crisis.

In a 4-3-1 you mean? Think we'll see a lot more of that once Thiago comes back, especially against weaker opposition where we don't need the numbers in midfield.

    Over the moon with that.

Jones was very good. Despite the criticism I thought Neco did well in the circumstances. They are taught from an early age to keep possession at all cost. I think that’s why he over complicates things a tad.

We were probably fortunate that Vardy didn’t play /s

He scored the all important opener, cracking finish, utterly clinical.

Bring on Spurs, looking forward to that one now. Top despite all of the injuries and VAR costing us two points at Goodison and we’ve already played Chelsea, City and Everton away, plus Arsenal and Leicester at home. 5 big games out of our first 9 with 8 first team era out injured.
    That’s some effort.

Yep. It will see a return to some huge scores in our favour I believe. That then takes pressure off that back line which needs protection.

Not many teams have, great team performance.
