    This is interesting - Klopp just said he has kept Jota on the bench because it’s too soon to play his old club. He feels there will be sentimentality involved.

    Strange he said it but it is probably true.

    If a player isn't 100% focused on his current club then he needs a kick up the rear end.

    If we're in need of a goal Jota needs to come on, sentimentally affected or not, and not with only a few minutes left to play either.
