Blatant dive. Poor officiating from Pawson. That is the reason VAR is needed imo.

Why didn't the ref give Coady a yellow after seeing the incident as it is blatant deception.

That's the trouble with the way things currently are with VAR + incompetent officials. You just never know what a decision is going to be. You may as well flip a coin, and I wouldn't be surprised if that is what the officials are actually doing.
