"If Everton were playing at the bottom of my garden, i'd close the curtains”
I see that we’re the lunchtime kick-off next Saturday… again. I’m expecting VAR to stitch us up... again.
I bet you can squeal like a pig!
Absolutely.
In seeking a tighter defence, Pep has somewhat nullified their attacking potency.
It's great for us. They're still a threat of course and I still view them as our main rival for this season's title despite where Spurs are points-wise, but we'll know more in the 19-25 game section of the season before the run-in.
If we get to February in top (or close to it) with a couple more players back (Thiago hopefully one of them) and maybe a January acquisition at centre-back, you'd back us to go into that Winning-Machine mode and grab no. 20 by the Bosingwas.
The game against Spurs is huge. Win that and we only have Utd left. If we’re clear at the top then, I will be very, very confident, we have played the first half of the season with half a team.
Harvey Elliott with a lovely goal against Norwich.
Really hope he has a good future with us.
I think if we control the game we win. Spurs are likely to defend deep. Just control the game and take our chances when they come
