EARLY TEAM NEWS - RETURN OF THE OX?

Liverpool midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain could come into contention for the first time this season after recovering from a knee injury.

Goalkeeper Alisson Becker is set to regain his place after three matches out with a hamstring problem.

Forward Diogo Jota (knock) and Kostas Tsimikas (knee) face late fitness tests.

    From sky, so it's unreliable

Last week said allison was starting

Ali and Ox are in the squad our twitter page has confirmed this.

No mention of Tsimikas or Jota obviously out today but nobody knows yet for how long.

Ox will come on if we have a big lead i suppose. Or if someone gets injured, god forbid.

If you're not sure what to do with the ball, just put it in the net, and we'll talk about the other options later... Bob Paisley.

Hopefully if Spurs win it's only by the one.

I don't think the League will come down to Goal Difference, but I always like for us to have the best, just in case.

I would persevere with Minamino in all honesty. He hasn’t been great, there’s no denying that, but we need to use the full squad, and I still believe that with more game time, he’ll improve.
I bet you can squeal like a pig!

There's no denying he works hard either. People from his country and similar are brought up on hard work, and i'm sure he appreciates how lucky he is. He hasn't been here long, so plenty of time to improve.

Think he broke a "pressures" record in a recent outing. He is definitely good at closing down passing channels / creating pressing shadows. He isn't physically strong enough in some situations (Benayoun-esque) but he can definitely contribute.
