We are at a massive disadvantage when it comes to money. Our owners won't foot the bill for covid-19 and lack of revenue coming through the turnstile. 3+million a home match apparently. The likes of Man-city and Chelsea their owners will pay out of their own pocket. They will still have masses amount of money to buy players.

I agree it was a good deal. I was referring to Dicko's valuation. Just imagine if we were run by accountants. If they'd penciled in £26m because of add ons if Brewster did well then to an accountant that will look like money lost, same as the money we could have got for Phillips. Swings and roundabouts

One of the many reasons I so rarely use social media outside a few friends (real people I know) on Facebook and on here.

Nat Phillips was going to be sold for £2m in the summer but we kept him and his contract is up in June so that's money lost. Brewster was £18m plus add ons that we'll probably never see now, so that's more money lost. That's why we won't buy anyone in January. Merry Christmas.

Id argue keeping Phillips might earn us more than £2m he did a great job against West Ham who knows how important that is.

He is under 24 too so if we offer him same deal wages wise we wil get a fee.

Im glad he is still around as for Brewster he is a good player just having same issue Solanke did he will score plenty next year in the championship which could earn him another move.
