Only saving grace is if Palace push on even more. The pace of Mane and our midfielders breaking. we will get loads more chances to score.
Cleaning up the Scots since the 13th century

Mo Salah always tries to get in on the conversation about who will take a free kick, but tbh I can't remember him scoring one.

Same since TAA scored a few screamer FK'S he's took them since

But rarely gets them on target and never scored again.

Apparently their xG is just 0,23. That highlights one of my big problems with this stat - the xG for the Ayew / Zaha misspass is probably like 0,15 or something, even though you'd score it eight out of then times.

I have another huge issue with it, but overall I think xG is a very nice move in the right direction.

Could be long second half this.

3 nil at half time can be a dangerous score line. Focus needed and some more clinical finishing please.

The main difficulty with our defending is actually being created by Fab, in that he’s not consistent with whether he drops deep or holds the high line, so when the ball is played over our back four, we can’t catch the opposition offside and players are getting clean runs through on our goal. One on one Fabinho is brilliant and generally a good man marker but they really need to do more work on holding that high back line with him.

Agreed. Let's just knock it about for 15-20 minutes.

And then for a change knock it about for 25 more. Let's make sure no football is played in this half.

Not sure how he sets his teams up to play to be hones Farid but it’s certainly working for our Harvey
