The technology is not accurate enough to call such tight offsides Bali, I know you are a very “black and white” guy but I have watched football for 50 odd years without all this nonsense. Constant hold ups of 3 and 4 minutes. No one celebrating a goal til they check it from 45 different angles.
And after all that they still get it wrong multiple times every week. Would much rather we went back to the old way of officiating a game, letting it flow and allowing us to check for a linesman’s flag and celebrate a goal.
Cannot stand it.
Vardy’s movement for that goal - the quintessential striker.
Should have helped make it 0:3 though - rushed his pass there.
What a save from Kasper...!
Great save
It would be interesting to know are strikers being coached differently now. By the looks of it being " on the shoulder of the defender" most likely will have you offside at the top level.
Completely agree, miller - it's not fun and not accurate enough to justify it. But it will get better - refs will learn how to use it better and computers will improve. It's just about giving smart boffins dosh to figure it out.
But the problem is not the rule or the technology at a conceptual level.
Etiam si omnes, ego non
How is that not a penalty to the Foxes..???? Sissoko takes his arm away but he has hauled Barnes over in the box for me.
