So, multiple homicides again in the USA. Texas on this occasion.
These murderers seem to go for schools and colleges.
Wish I knew the answer to stop these killings happening.

Unfortunately Changing Gun laws won't stop these types of murderers obtaining whatever guns they want,just the same as you can't stop people in the UK from obtaining knives as they want.The only good side to this deplorable Massacre of innocent Children was the Cops shot him dead......No wasted or prolonged court time

Their gun laws are obscene though. It's completely entrenched in their culture that having a handgun is commonplace and is a basic human right. Since Dunblaine we've had no gun shootings at schools in the UK, since Port Arthur shootings in Australia, they reformed the gun laws and have had no school shootings, Canada have had 2 school shootings since 1989.
The US have had 27 school shootings this year, and Texas has actually relaxed gun laws this year to allow anyone over the age of 18 to openly carry a handgun without a license. In the US guns are the leading cause of child death, more so than car accidents or cancer.

However in the US it's fun to own a gun, so fuck the victims!

160 years ago they had a bloody civil war. 150 years ago came the bloody Indian wars to be followed by the wild west. 100 years ago came the mobsters.
Never mind the international wars they have been involved in.
That history is still glorified in past and modern films to this day.

I would add that UK is not so squeaky clean post dunblane guns replaced with knives. What we do share is a lurid obsession with TV murders

You are right about the knives. My friend is in the MET in Landan, and he says that almost everyone that is arrested in the 16-30 age bracket has a knife. The main difference though in this country is that we don't have 50% of the population lobbying to keep knives on the streets.
