He, Ox is taking up the wrong positions throughout, when trent's deep and he needs the RFWD to be wide to play into to come up the pitch he's coming narrow and helping Burnley defend easier, when Trent's advanced THEN he's going wide and limiting our options when he should be dropping off centre looking to be an option to play into to shoot or used to occupy a defender for someone else's movement

Totally echo that thought. This is becoming worrying and it doesn't look like ending. Even if we win this game I can imagine our play being pretty much the same going forward. What else is going to change it?

I see that point. Bit Trents passing even inside, diagonal and crossing has not been good.

I read somewhere that he had a slight knock from the last game and that's why he's not in the squad today.
But apparently not a long-term deal so he (theoretically) should be available next game.

Ok well this game is more vital to me.. since we dont take the fa-cup serious. even if we get through the tie,, i doubt we will go strong in the following round. so baffling to me

We definitely over-do the crossing weapon at times.
