Depends on how he manages when his team loses.. Your expected to win 90% of your matches at the top end of the league..
You cant really say how good he is.. Managing PSG is pointless. Its like Scotland. Teams like Celtic and now Rangers. dont even need a manager to win the league.

So far he has done what is expected of him at Dortmund and PSG.

Not sure he is elite but he is an upgrade on Lampard who only got the job because of his connections you need to do your apprenticeship for a lot longer than he did.
