I know he is the manager and he needs to show a strong front at all times BUT I would be defeated too with the way this season has gone. The injuries, covid, fans, its been a complete shit show.

Perhaps. He has done well enough with them. Think he doubled his trophy haul whilst here. He us not a proluguc winner. A winner but not yet serial. Think he has 5 major trophies. If you want to include CWC then 6.
