Gini was excellent tonight, he keeps the ball so well, very rarely gives the ball away.
Bit of redemption for Adrian with a clean sheet tonight, did everything required of him.

The two CB’s on the other hand, particularly Kabak were poor. Thank God we haven’t bought the lad, he looks way out of his depth.

Sadio needs a rest, that wasn’t him tonight.
Milner in midfield, Jones lwf and Bobby on the bench for Chelsea a consideration, Mane rwf and salah up top an option,

Christ. It seems a long time since I’ve seen that.

Decent performance. Shades of what we can do, but still a massive amount of room for improvement.

Hopefully get fab back for the next game and pair him up with Phillips.

I celebrated like we won number 7, which after that win, we're surely on course for

    Incredible display.

I know it wasn't vintage, but we got a win.

I'd have taken any win tonight. Keeps us in the Hunt.

We have no God-given right to be in the Champion's League next season, no God-given right to suddenly find some form.

But I just am not ready to see us cut adrift from the Top Four just yet and as it stands, we're 7 behind 2nd when it could have been 9, 6 behind 3rd when it could have been 9 - only takes one or 2 weekends to go our way and we can find other sides dragged down to open more doors and we are just getting some players back, with Jota apparently very close.

12 more matches. War of Attrition. Have it.

Haha, your first comment is the post of the week lol
If you're not sure what to do with the ball, just put it in the net, and we'll talk about the other options later... Bob Paisley.

Bobby was much better tonight, not in his finishing, but I know the solution to that issue, but he was making those runs I was talking about to move the 2 midfielders looking him to swamp him and lay it off simple and looking to immediately turn and get forward to support any attack if the ball forward after his lay off was successful

Made short darts off the midfielders tracking him for Thiago to thread balls through midfield

Needs to get in the nets in training and get back to 'no look' finishing, maybe it's a confidence thing, most probably, but a lot of Bobby's best finishes and goals, he knows where he is and where the goal is and where he wants to put it and has picked his spot before he receives the ball and you only see where he's going to put it at the point he strikes it, needs to get back to that I think, know where he's putting it before he receives it, one touch or first time, whack
