It's a bit like when Moyes had Everton finish fourth in 04/05 - if you have a really physical side that is tough to score against that can get goals from set pieces, it gives you a serious leg-up. Can't quantify it with a "points earned" but it's one of those things in footie - much like having a great goalie or an elite finisher.

As I said in the predictions thread, Fernandinho scythes down a Southampton player yet doesn't get carded. KDB then scores a typical Man City goal after the first attempt from a City player doesn't find the net. Then immediately the KDB jizz fest (following on from the earlier one given to Guardiola) begins.
