They have their 'Moneyball' model, but, they have to learn football and that there are exceptions to every rule, the situation this season and the importance of bringing Jurgen another top commanding CB of his choice in first thing in January was such an exception and they let Jurgen, the other players, the club and all the fans down very VERY badly

They are pretty shrewd business men and they get that way by investing when and if needed as when we got Van D, Allison etc

they will know that to stay competitive they will need to inject more Cash this summer to safeguard their investments.

They care about how much of a profit they can get out of us. Above and beyond that they don't care one iota about the club.

That's what happens when you cry wolf, when a foul actually occurs they ignore it.
If you're not sure what to do with the ball, just put it in the net, and we'll talk about the other options later... Bob Paisley.

If we are gonna fix our attacking play and still want a false number 9. I like the idea of Curtis Jones playing that role. I think hes likely to run in between the lines and switch play over quicker than Firmino. He has a goal in his as well,Just need to improve his out put.

Bollocks, Mo isn't a diver, he got caught on his foot by a lunge for the ball by Ricardo v Leicester, a nailed on pen, not given, the player today didn't get his body across in front of Mo, his body was to the side, he stopped him with an arm thrown back across his throat, a clear pen

With VAR there is no excuse whatsoever, they're both clear pens on review, as were the foul on Mane and the handball blocking a shot on goal v Southampton, as was Kante's handball v Chelsea, no excuse, it wasn't nudge of his arm into the air next to his head by another player or in a natural running motion, he raised his arm into a completely unnatural position to make himself bigger as Bobby went to put the ball across

what a find strange is that they really backed Rodgers and he ended up buying a load of tosh. in fact i don't think any players remain from the players he got.. apart from Origi and Gomez.

Jones has been our slowest player at moving the ball and guilty of slowing things down and taking far too many touches in pretty much all the games he's played, AND he has bottled playing passes, the big passes that would make a direct and immediate assist more than any player I have seen, I'd sooner he at least tried to play that ball, like Bobby, like Keita, like Shaq, like etc etc etc when it's on than be Mr Safe too many touches and let that opportunity completely go to waste

He goes down plenty of times, and not always after he's been touched either.
