As has been the case for many a year, that will go a long way/get you very far in life, possibly even more so than putting in lots of effort and actually being good at your job/talented.
That's how it's always been, I've had experience of it, on the wrong end of it
Things with me is, I have always had hypomania, i've never been afflicted by adverse CBT, so I understand very well how it works, or how the CBT aspect of it works on people and how to use that positively for pipeline business (I chose not to use it adversely) and I also go into things and question things and don't automatically conform to the status quo of anything and anywhere new as most people are conditioned to and the combination of those 3 things make me absolutely brilliant and capable of doing and seeing things almost all other people who went through the doors of places I've been (including middle and senior management) weren't able to and never would and hadn't as they'd been doing things the same floored, lazy way for over 10 years prior to my arrival
Edit: There's actually four, my form of autism, my head learning for me and recognising important information and best practice for me and hanging it on pegs in my head without me having to try to
You won't find many people who have a combination of all those four things
