They've not won anything in over 50 years with better squads and managers than they currently have. No reason to expect anything different in the near future.

True, they had squads in which they had 2 genuine top class centre backs, in this squad there isn't one top class CB

Mourinho either had the players he wanted when he arrived at most of his clubs or was bankrolled massively to bring 4 to 6 of the players he wanted in during his very first transfer window, Jurgen had to wait four seasons to amass and squad that could compete at the very top and had to lose key players he would have like to keep to bring some of them in and only got to bring in one or two players at very best he needed or wanted each season
Who are those key players that he wanted to keep ?

Yes it was up and running but not at the stage it is now.

As good as Mourunho and Ferguson were they dont win titles over Peps 98-100 point teams.

Why do you think they dont get close is it ability or money

Oh and Noods, I derive pleasure from reading your posts, certainly not from any suffering you may endure.
You are far wittier than you would ever give yourself credit for.

Think you miss the point - Pep isn’t getting close to 100 points with either of those teams around both better and more robust than anything Pep has managed at the Blue Mancs.

The fact is we ain’t getting 99 or 97 had Abramovic not been exiled either. Chelsea taking a back seat while Roman changed nationality had a huge effect on both City and us in recent years.

No coincidence we have seen huge points totals in 3 out of the last 4 seasons

Why wouldnt they get 98-100 points ?

They would still beat the dross and they could have beaten both those teams still with the talent they have.

Roman has had a sulk as he knows he cant spend as much as City but last season he gave Lampard £200m so who knows what he is thinking.

Because there would be 2 far better teams to fight with for FA Cups - League Cups - the League title and the CL.. Also Arsenal were no mugs either. The league was far more competitive and both Chelsea and United did far better in the Champions league in a more competitive era - Think about the Barca and Real sides both choc full of world class talant.

You are totally wrong about Roman mate - he had to leave Britain - this isn't hard to find out - come on you can do better than this.

He was being targeted by the British state in politically motivated move way beyond football. He is now almost untouchable.
