I'd like to think that even if he came off the bench and got a goal for them, we'd have got an away goal anyway.

Benzema is the threat. Very underappreciated player. A clean sheet would be huge. Hope Kabak and Phillips can help to conjure one.
Think away goals are more valuable than clean sheets. Home advantage this season is diminished.

Oh they are - but if we could get both (let's say we managed a 1-0 win at their place tonight, or really perform and got a 2-0) we'd be in a very strong position.

No reason why we can't go there and win.
If you're not sure what to do with the ball, just put it in the net, and we'll talk about the other options later... Bob Paisley.

With Varane and Ramos out we need to get at this back line.

I don't think Varane has been playing the last few matches, so like us they've been playing with a makeshift back line.
I think attackers will come out top tonight, I just hope ours win !!

    True.

I'm curious as to whether or not they'll try one of their back three matches. Could use a wing-back to get behind Trent.

Casemiro fit does anyone know? In terms of distribution?

He's fit - To smother us - our lads will likely be facing this little lot running at them later on:

Mendy, Vazquez, Modric (surely a little old by now?),Marcelo, Asensio, Isco, Benzema.

    Where's the game being played?

And our "home" game next week?
There's too much confusion, I can't get no relief

The Alfredo Di Stefano Stadium - home of their reserves... Yes this is what super clubs infrastructure looks like..

See below - Second stadium renovation in the city in 4 years after Atletico's Wanda Metropolitano.

Last time we travelled to play them was the Rodgers tie. We rotated somewhat, much to the ire of some supporters.

    ....................Mignolet

    Manquillo....Toure.....Skrtel....Moreno

    .......................Lucas

    ................Can........Allen

    Markovic........Borini.........Lallana

Benzema scored the only goal in a 1-0 win for their lot.
