I think rooting is the wrong word, don’t think I can ever ‘root for United’. Would prefer them to beat Spurs though as I can’t see their champions league spot being up for grabs, andSpurs are still a threat.
If you are first you are first. If you are second you are nothing.

If Utd win the Europa and therefore qualify for the CL, does that change anything in our league, like 5th place? (The words straws and clutching come to mind)

If we or Chelsea w the cl and united win europa and finish outside the top 4 too then the 4th place team in league gets shafted into El. Other than that it’s top4 plus winners of each European competition which normally cross over anyway.

Manc goal correctly disallowed for previous foul and now....... Son scores for Spurs. Great goal!

McTominay is a bit of a dirty twat but to disallow the utd goal for that, I think it is just spoiling the game.
And my initial thought for Son's goal was that he was offside when Moura passed to him.
They should have me in the VAR booth for all the top four games.

A hand to the face like that? Always a foul

Not for me, play acting getting rewarded once again. Seeing it more and more, professional footballers are fast becoming the softest twats known to man.
