Firmino is one of them kids you cant get the ball of sometimes but he ends up doing nothing with it..was a good finish but was weirdly given off side

There are numerous factors, but it certainly doesn't help when you've got a relatively weak as pee squad, which means players can play like **** and coast through games knowing that their place in the side is relatively secure because there is nobody putting pressure on them for their place.
