Hi Sr pal. Ah it was hard to get motivated by football since the crowds weren't allowed at the games. Last season 19/20 ended up as a damp squib even though we got presented with the PL trophy at the end of it.
I'll post more I'm sure over the summer and definitely at the beginning of next season.

Manchester City footballer Benjamin Mendy has been charged with rape.

The 27-year-old defender has been charged with four counts of rape and one count of sexual assault, Cheshire Police said.

The charges relate to three complainants over the age of 16 and are alleged to have taken place between October 2020 and August this year.

Mr Mendy, of Prestbury, has been remanded in custody and will appear at Chester Magistrates' Court on Friday.

The left-back has played for last season's Premier League champions

All I can say is that in this day and age, with the amount of money these players are earning, there should be more than enough to have a chauffer thus avoiding a drink drive offence, as well as a 'minder' to pre-check for anything after hours (sex or otherwise) that can land you in trouble. I'm not saying he is guilty, but this comment is a generalized one regarding the stupidity of these high earners making bonehead decisions.

Mistaken identity apparently. See how this sort of mud sticks?

Not in agreement with publicising the accused’s name in sex offence cases until proven guilty.

Exactly. It can ruin peoples lives but the gutter press care little for that side effect of sensationalist news.
