    Excellent post, Sid.
Wonder how any other team/squad/club would have coped with the shit we've had to put up with this season?

None, what our lads did would have still been exceptional had they not been robbed of 12 or more points by VAR on top of all the injuries, but to finish where they did and as strongly as they did given all of that shit and Jurgen and Alisson suffering simply awful bereavements and not even getting to say farewell to their loved ones was mentality monstering of the highest order

I saw this on Twitter and thought there’s a load of very talented writers on here:

Fancy writing about #LFC and #EFC for the Liverpool ECHO?

My reflection relates to the last 5-6 games.
Outside chance of possibly finishing 4th
Abuse hurled from the City of Manchester
    Finishing 3rd nice and easy
City of Manchester resembles 'A Quiet Place sequel'

    - a very big and sincere thank you for the kind comments.

To answer scientificred's question on how long the post took - not sure, maybe 35 minutes? I lose track easily when in a certain zone so it could just as easily have been a bit quicker than that or much longer. Occasionally I get what I think of as the opposite of so-called Writer's Block and have difficulty fitting all my thoughts in before my mind has drifted to the next one, which often leads to what I refer to as "thought vomits" but this one (having read it back myself) actually came out quite structured despite not prepping in, which is a pleasant surprise when it pans out that way.
