Liverpool are planning to try to sign France forward Ousmane Dembele on a free transfer when the 24-year-old's contract with Barcelona ends in the summer. (Teamtalk)

Constant links to this guy but he always seems to be injured and do his stats justify his top billing?
    Not so sure.

Liverpool are closely monitoring Ousmane Dembele's situation at Barcelona. The 24-year-old France winger, who has not played since Euro 2020 because of a knee injury, is out of contract at the end of the season. (Mundo Deportivo - in Spanish)

If we sign him for nothing. always chance getting "money" when we sell him. Hes more injured than Keita.. thats enough for me.

Hmm "free signing" for a biggish name (or was not so much lately due to being made of glass)

    Huge sign on fee? Check.
    Huge Wage? ChecK
    Huge agent fee, Check...

but maybe noone else will go for him due to injury's and going a bit off the radar, so it's a bit realistic I guess, more than mbappe lols.

I wouldn't go near Dembele with his atrocious injury record.

Despite his lack of end product Traore would be an interesting player to bring on against tired defenders and teams that sit deep. Not worth any more than about £30 million though

Would rather we were in for someone like Adeyemi.

See what happens in due course. The squad is pretty good. I'd love (over the course of a window or two) a young, healthy midfielder given the stage Milner is at in his career (plus the injury records of Ox and Keita) to come in. It's tempting to want two in, but I want Elliott and Jones to develop, which is always the "Catch 22" of squad composition.

Plus a forward that is young (19-24) and better than Origi and Minamino would be great.

Outside of that and getting Salah signed up I'm happy enough, much as part of us always wants more.

Let’s hope the top brass at the club are more demanding and have loftier ambitions eh, or we can expect another 30 year wait.

How many premier league starts for Elliott? Ah yes… 3…!

    Milner is how old???

Quality youngsters break into the team first - NOT the other way round. That’s how the top clubs do it.

Surrendering quality regulars to make way for prospects is what penny pinchers do:

Every international break we are linked with Dembele/Traore.

We not sign any of them Traore isnt good enough and Dembele is Keita II injury wise and is as disciplined as Sakho we know how that turned out.
