The happy (imaginary) medium I have found is Everton doing "well" this season, Rafa then getting the Arsenal job, Arsenal then usurping Man United from the Top Four for a bit whilst Everton's new manager "Alain Pardieu" or "Colin Wanker" gets them relegated.
