If you had to pin me to a points prediction for our season I'll go 82-86. Main thing is I think it's important to beat "the rest" - Sky/BT place huge stock in the big clashes but being clinical and efficient against the likes of Norwich, Burnley and whoever else (ideally making subs to rotate a bit too) is mathematically far more important.

If we het 86 pts plus i would be happy. What we recieve at the end of it will be what it will be.

In terms of the squad players you have to feel for Tsimikas, played a blinder last week to be dropped for Robertson who was complete dung. He hasnt even had to work to get his place back, that sends the wrong message in my opinion and its a fault of Klopps that he has favourites who play regardless of form.

I was delighted with how Van Dijk did today. In terms of sheer physicality that's the most difficult forward to be facing and he managed really well, especially when you consider his lack of games after a long injury spell.

270-280 minutes of Premier League football this season and we have conceded one goal - from a set piece - scored by the European Champions. Far too early in the season to get a read on these things, but having players like Matip and Van Dijk in the squad does give a reassuring feeling.

Have a lot of players that can create and score too, they don't even need a forward.
