Your squad is no worse than ours (NI), its your mgmt. I'd love NI to have your choice of front players. Kenny is way out of his depth, not that Barraclough is showing any great genius as yet.

I don't watch games like this, but if someone is watching, how is Trent doing in midfield?

He's been bang average, the same as all of his teammates.
If you're not sure what to do with the ball, just put it in the net, and we'll talk about the other options later... Bob Paisley.

Yep. He’s much better out wide where there’s generally more space and time on the ball. Midfield is very crowded and it doesn’t give him the best angle to cross from either.

Bellingham has been decent in midfield, if he keeps improving he’s going to be some talent.

Hopefully we're both at Deutschland 2024 but cant see either association at a WC for the foreseeable. We may benefit from being a Group C Nations League team next time and qualifying direct from it.

Lost count of the number of times Trippier has been given the ball in space in an advanced position and every single time, he has stopped, checked back and played the ball backwards. He has flatly refused to use his left foot all game. Bloody awful. The whole England performance has been at best pedestrian at worst utter shite. No energy, no one taking a player on, no one getting to the by line, no quick interchange of passes.
Typical Southgate backwards and sideways uber safe crap.
