He's been bang average, the same as all of his teammates.

Yep. He’s much better out wide where there’s generally more space and time on the ball. Midfield is very crowded and it doesn’t give him the best angle to cross from either.

Lost count of the number of times Trippier has been given the ball in space in an advanced position and every single time, he has stopped, checked back and played the ball backwards. He has flatly refused to use his left foot all game. Bloody awful. The whole England performance has been at best pedestrian at worst utter shite. No energy, no one taking a player on, no one getting to the by line, no quick interchange of passes.
