He pulled Watford apart IMO. Tbf they literally begged us to fuck them up. I’m really liking the looks of sadio so far this season. Not near his best but definitely moving in the right direction.

And yet he still put them in.
That's all we ask of a player in his position.

We've missed plenty of open sitters his season, and had be missed any of those three, you'd be on his case.
And as for his "poor all round play", several times we've also had the likes of Mo having poor games (by his standards) and then pop up with that vital goal or vital play to win the game that wipes their poor performance away, and we give him the credit when its due then.
Why should it be any different for Bobby?

When he has those poor games against the better oppo, then maybe you can pop up again and have a pop at him then, and try being gracious enough to give him the credit he deserves now as he's due.

IF you're even capable of that.

I think the stupid tight offside lines made a massive impact on Mane last season.he wasnt making the runs and when he did he was offside a lot of the time. Hes more confident now.

Next 2 games will put this performance in perspective and what we can achieve this season. We couldnt beat 2 of the other so called top 4 and next we play United. It is going to be a test of our metal and could determine where we end in May.

Atleti are defensive with quality up top so if we are sloppy in possesion as we have been of late we on for a tough one midweek.

Im happy with the win but Watford was a no show. Maybe our easiest fixture last 4 years.
