They're in the last-16, which as far as I'm concerned, is (probably) a good thing.

Unless they win it of course (which I don't see, though football is weird) you're looking at their participation (or lack of) in the tournament next season and now they don't have the option of winning the Europa League, they'll have to finish 4th or win Big Ears outright to qualify that way.

Much of the reason I keep tabs on where Man United/Spurs/Arsenal/Leicester/whoever are at is trying to build a picture of what they can be long-term. Man United (currently) dip in and out of being in Europe's top competition - that needs to change if they are to become a force again.

You just look at us - once Klopp got us into the elite competition, we've stayed there, rather than dipping in and out. Massive kudos to Jürgen and our players as that level of consistency isn't easy, but definitely is attractive to transfer targets and to players we want to hold onto.

Chelsea look like a very well organised team. Very hard to beat.

At what stage can we be drawn against PL opposition?

It's amazing how many goals their defenders score

James is apparently their leading scorer with 5.

We're anticipating Benfica beating Dynamo Kiev on Match day 6 it's probably fair to say?

This Barcelona side will have some fun trying to beat Bayern Munich in Germany!

Thanks mate. Let’s hope we’re still in it at that stage. I don’t think I would fancy playing any of the English sides to be honest. Way too stressful. I can certainly see it being an all English final.
