Think they're hoping Elliot makes an impact BUT we do need someone who's in their prime or experienced

If we're sat at the start of next season with Salah, Mane, Jota, Bobby and Diaz we'll be laughing, we'll be able to genuinely be able to rotate our forwards.

Diaz could be absolute dynamite! He's fast, tricky and has a bit of a cunty streak in him. He needs to work on his finishing and final ball, but I can see him being a world beater in a couple of years time.

Two new midfielders in the summer and we're set.

Think we'll give youth (Elliott, Jones, Morton) every chance, with Henderson, Fabinho, Thiago, Ox and Keita already on the books - not including Milner as he will like be gone next season.

Suspect we'll bring a midfielder in, in the Summer. Do think it will be just the one (which may disappoint in some quarters) as Klopp trusts youth and we are run the way we are.

If there is a second I suspect it will be a departure - if Ox or Keita leaves, someone comes in. Or perhaps another youth project.

To be fair a lot of fans would have taken one genuine forward option and one genuine midfield option - so if we are half-way there by the end of the January window, that will be encouraging.
