Seriously though - you'd have to think (if he takes it) that he absolutely loves the work of being a Manager, if he's willing to jeopardise what is limited time - he is 74 after all and if he lives to be, I don't know, 80-85 let's say, then he'd be giving up quite a bit of precious time.

Irrespective of whether anyone rates him or not, it just seems very odd to want to re-enter the fray at this stage. You'd have to wonder if the extra bit of money that would presumably go to his family (assuming he has kids/grandkids?) might be a factor, though surely he's accumulated enough cash over the years that they'd be pretty set anyway.

    All very weird all-round.
You haven't met his wife Sid..

So, Woy in at Watford, I can only hope he can keep up the fantastic work of his predecessor.
Claudio only won two games but they were quite decent efforts both.

    Everton 2-5 Watford
    Watford 4-1 Man Utd

Just beat City and Chelsea Woy and a small part of your Anfield debacle may be forgiven.

    Well briefly…

    By a few…

Maybe… anyway just do it you Ancient Owl fossil.

NEW: Everything indicates that Chelsea is the club that is negotiating with Ousmane Dembélé and that they may even have reached an agreement.

Newcastle Liverpool in talks for Nat Phillips apparently. I like our Nat as a back up, but he probably and understandably wants first team football

Some people just don't handle retirement very well and can't picture themselves doing anything other than what they've done their whole lives..
I guess he's one of those kinds.

I don't begrudge him the desire to get back into the profession he loves so much.
But to do it with that dross, and for that thankless a job of trying to keep them up?

    Come on, Woy.
Surely, there must be better (read: low-stress, low-expectations) gigs out there.

He might ruffle a few feathers but it’s gonna be a hoot.
