Everton following up the loan deals for Anwar El Ghazi from Aston Villa and Manchester United's Donny van de Beek, with a permanent move for Dele Alli.

Problem for them is, they are bringing in players who weren’t getting a game at their current club, so are they an improvement on what they have??

I think he wants to join but maybe he doesnt want to push it and leave on bad terms.
