Apparently as Ramsey was in an offside position and Cavani ran into him that is a new rule, if Ramsey wasnt offside I think goal stands.
I will bet not one Utd/Villa player knew that rule I didnt but you will see defenders running into offside players now claiming they were blocked on set pieces.
