People moaning about our spending is like being a Lyon fan complaining you cant get near PSG.

Oil/state money is the only way we challenge on a regular basis it really isnt hard to work out.

Yep they do that is why it looks like we are paying almost as much.

They gave Mancini his basic wage and a consultants wage which wasnt on club accounts.

Not only do they have limitless funds they also cheat their way around FFP.

City Paid out 250 million on players during a pandemic on top of that theres the loss of revenue due to covid. id say thats pretty close to half a billion and its never made a dint on them.. Same with PSG. they turned down a reported 150 million for Mbappe in August from Real Madrid. they'll lose him for nothing in 5 months.. 150 million just thrown away like its monolopy money.. Its very difficult to compete. But we must improve our squad.. in the next 2 transfer windows though.

Cheslea should just propose swapping Lukaku for Kane with the Spuds.
It can't hurt either one of them more than where they are now.

Conte knew how to get the best out of Lukaku who was a beast playing under him at Inter, while Kane would get to play for a team that's probably closer to the trophies or titles he deserves than Spurs will be, at least for the next couple of years while his best years are fading away.
