Absolutely. Matip has more creative guile than the other 3 mids together.
It's predictable and has been for some time.

Scrappy but we will take it all day long. They got tired doing all that defending.

Thought the Bees were about to score tbh

We will need a second to be safe against this lot… doh

HT 1-0 Not the best half, lacking in imagination and trying anything different or anything other than putting endless aimless crosses into their box, there are so many different things we could try with the players we have out there, threaded balls to release a player, low crosses through the channel from deep Trent is particularly good at, Oxlade or Jota actually driving at their defence with the ball as we've all seen the absolute panic Matip caused doing that

Over the Jurgen to make sure we're at least a bit better second half, use a bit more variety, try spells of moving the front three's positions around, different approaches, administer the bumming get the win and another absolutely vital 3 points

It all feels a bit meh doesn’t it. Players probably know that the title is gone too and that top 4 should be an easy job. Motivation could be low. I think we look a beaten docket last few weeks. Don’t think Jurgen looks particularly arsed about it all either right now.
