    Match Thread: Liverpool v Norwich

    Don’t like resting players for supposed “easier” league games. Sends the wrong signals to both teams.
    Anywho.., we should still win despite that, provided we are on it and up for it for 90 minutes. Looking forward to a Diaz start.

    Liverpool team to take on Norwich City:

    Alisson;
    Gomez, Matip, Van Dijk, Tsimikas;
    Henderson, Keita, Oxlade-Chamberlain;
    Mane, Salah, Diaz.

    Subs:
    3 Fabinho
    5 Konaté
    6 Thiago Alcántara
    7 Milner
    18 Minamino
    26 Robertson
    27 Origi
    62 Kelleher
    67 Elliott

    I see Kabak is on the bench and can’t even get a start for Norwich, yet I had more than one argument on here about how poor he was. Can’t believe anyone thought he was anywhere near good enough.

    I remember him totally misjudging a long ball at Anfield and running underneath the ball. Apparently he needed time to bed in.
    Bollox, if you can’t even judge a long ball while trying to head it and run underneath it, you are not a Premier League CB.

    Alisson

    Gomez Matip Van Dijk Tsimikas

    Oxlade Henderson Keita

    Salah Diaz Mane

    Not a fan of the midfield to be honest, I'm all for Hendo at No6, it's the pressing and counter pressing or lack of their ability at it of the LCM and RCM that concerns me

    I still expect our lads to deliver a hard, deep and penetrating bumming, get the win and an another absolutely vital 3 points here today

    Kick off imminent, Come the FUCK on Liverpool

    A couple of early chances for Norwich, the last one from a break through Mane standing still waiting for the ball instead of going to it after we won the header in midfield, static Mane again

    Come the FUCK on Liverpool, get yourselves in front here NOW

    7 changes, we can’t expect players not playing regularly to slot in as if the play every week.
