Another source on Twitter refers to him as a "top premier league executive".

Sounds to me like a former manager since moved upstairs.

Allegedly, It’s not a manager, it’s a director based in London. Once owned a porn business.
I bet you can squeal like a pig!

Most likely Ferguson, he was into all sorts & encouraged a bit of wife beating and playing around to ‘let them know their place’ from all his players

    wtf???

Aston Villa recorded huge losses of £120m last season, while Newcastle United also suffered a pre-tax deficit of £73m.

Renowned football finance blog Swiss Ramble ran the numbers on a new FFP system, expected to be implemented in time for next season, using the available financial figures from 2022/23.
“The report found that Liverpool would have only narrowly got within the new spending cap based on those figures, which ties transfer and wage expenditure to a club’s revenue.”

This is something I clearly don't get. How on earth are City within those rules?
Our net spend is less than half of theirs over the years,we clearly run an outstanding business model yet we are scraping to be within the rules and won't be the first time. Arsenal have spent a fortune on players the last two years too. It is very strange.

That's not true Ian. It's a big lie.

Arsenal only just escaped penalty - but their debt is almost entirely to Kroenke himself around £260 million
