It's one of those dream/nightmare scenarios. Playing English opposition in the Champion's League is so stomach-churning, but all the worse if it's the Final - that Tottenham match wasn't fun until Divock's goal went in really, besides celebrating the Salah goal.
Chelsea, Man United (if they were good again) and Man City are nightmarish concepts to me.
With Man City it would feel like a battle for the very Soul of football as we know it and the idea of losing that and the stain never washing out is hateful.
All that said. If we played Man City in the Final....and WON......then my God. That would definitely be the "Utopia" Roy Hodgson was on about.
