Yeah, we could always play Diaz on the right, Jota seems to be doing ok on the left.. plenty of options.still not Salah. but we'll make do

Just a note on possible fixtures missed due to AFCON -
- 13/01/2024 - Bournemouth v Liverpool
- 31/01/2024 - Liverpool v Chelsea
- 03/02/2024 - Arsenal v Liverpool
- 10/02/2024 - Liverpool v Burnley
- 4th Round of the FA Cup
- Both legs of League Cup Semi-Final if we get past West Ham
Bit frustrating that given the good start to the season, but will present opportunities for Jota, Diaz, Núñez and Gakpo to step up, so swings and roundabouts.

Leader of all..master of none..
The amount of games missed by Salah and Mané when he was here, I doubt Klopp will be overly keen on dipping into the African market too often in the future.
It’s a ridiculous situation, there should be a Europe wide winter break to Accommodate AFCON or play it in a country that doesn’t get too hot to play it May/June.
Worth noting that these players would cost 2 or 3 times more were they European/South American and of the same quality at the time of purchase.
Possibly but not always the case, Keita certainly wasn’t cheap and most thought we had over paid for Mane at the time.
True but when you see what Matic at almost 30 went for summer 2017 £40 million - Morata almost £60… rising to £70.. That’s before we mention Dembele at close £100 million and obviously Neymar at £200.
Keita was massively over priced though no doubt about that - but Pogba had already gone for almost £100 million.
Mané and Salah for the price of Morata..?
