Henry won't spend what it will take to get bellingham but even if he was willing to I wouldn't want it. We can get a whole new midfield of 3 £30-40 million players for the same amount.

I dont think he'd come to us even if we were qilling to pay. Players with ambition don't join clubs with declining teams. FSG will find this out in the coming season.
They've let the grass grow under their feet and its gone over a tipping point in my opinion. A point too hard to come back from, Both FSG and Klopp have relied on this mk1 team too long. It needs a rebuild and that's very hard to do from the point we are at now.
They should have added 2-3 top additions each year. They simply haven't done that.

3 League challenges - one of which was one, two of which we missed out by only a point (or VAR decisions, if you will) along with four European Finals in....6....7(?)......years, 3 of which were the Champion's League - with one of them won.

Almost nobody in Club Football can match that level of competitiveness for the "top" trophies, ie the Champion's League and the respective League that a club is in - Real in La Liga, us in England, Bayern in Germany and so on.

We've certainly passed the peak of an excellent "cycle" but we are hardly at the base of a trough on the footballing Seismograph either.
