Good he's english and can cover the whole back line if he's happy being a squad player then it suits everyone. we don't have many that are young, Milner and henderson won't be here for that much longer. same as Ox he wouldn't be here if he was spanish.

Hahaha! I'm sure most folks know but in case anyone doesn't there's a test of endurance running we do as part of pre-season each year which involves getting quicker over time whilst doing laps - it's a bit like the BEEP test folks may have done at school - anyway, the last man running is the winner and Milner has been the best at it every single season so I had half-jokes t myself that his main reason to stay was to retain his title - he's still got it!
