Suarez - different level - and too good for the Prem. At his peak Barca fans were deliberating between him and Messi as to who was the most important. Not a like for like though....Suarez an out and out Killer. A Striker - one man demolition squad.

Klopp could only dream of this.. Probably thought he was getting a Lewandowski with Nunez...but this guy.. this guy was different gravy. Nobody takes the ball like that.. Check that technique...He was unreal and too good to keep.

I'd genuinely have Suarez in the top 10 maybe 5 of all time. He's a seriously underrated player due to his conduct. If he hadn't been such a c#@t nobody would debate him being up there.

I quite like browsing players based on stats, age and injury record and do vaguely remember watching a few YouTube videos on him as he stood out a little.

I remember he went to ground a fair bit when making tackles which I had mixed feelings about - tend to prefer players squaring someone up to create a pressing shadow and intercepting or nicking it rather than diving in - his injury record was very encouraging and he is certainly a good build - he's not "Lukaku" big but has plenty about him - imagine Bellingham having been hitting the weights more and you wouldn't be a million miles out stature-wise.

Certainly not disappointed to be linked, but can't pretend to know heaps about the lad.

According to Italian outlet Sport Mediaset, Liverpool are targeting Atalanta midfielder Teun Koopmeiners.
The 26-year-old has impressed this season and was part of the team that dumped Liverpool out of the Europa League earlier this month.
Atalanta beat Klopp's side 3-0 in their quarter-final first leg at Anfield before losing the second leg 1-0 to progress on aggregate.
They have now set an asking price of £50m for Dutch midfielder Koopmeiners, who would be reunited with Slot should he move to Anfield.
