[QUOTE=Nineteenx;2830243]Look at it like this, Nunez was bought to replace Bobby he’s scoring more goals & getting more assists than Bobby

Bobby Firmino was the axis around which the whole team turned, both in midfield and attack.Nunez is nowhere near that. If anything Gakpo and Macca are closer to replacing Bobby.

    Precisely..

I mean who do we think described new signing Darwin Nunez as “a proper No. 9 project.”

    Any ideas..?

Diaz was bought to replace Mane, he’s scoring far fewer goals getting far fewer assists, not pressurising defences in the same way, not playing the right balls when they’re on as Manr so frequently did, not winning pens for Mo to convert, he’s a very poor replacement for Mane & we need much better
It would be interesting to see who's setting up Nunez for all the sitters he's missed.
He was bought to score goals, yes he's scored a decent amount but if had put away the important chances we may well be in a better place.

That can be said about Mane Mo & Bobby Mo’s missed pens that cost us League titles & been Mr Greedy costing us points plenty of times & missed sitters

Cost us titles ? We'd near 100 points twice and still didn't win the league, a bit of perspective mate.

Between the 2021-22 and 2022-23 seasons, Mohamed Salah missed the most big chances in the Premier League, with 35 big chances missed
    So several a season

So he didn’t miss a pen v Leicester & other chances in a game we should easily have won we lost 1-0 when we missed out on the 21-22 title by 2 points?

    Yes he did

Why do you go all out against certain players ? You need to calm it down a bit 🤣🤣

I don’t I’m just pointing out it’s not that big of a deal and ppl are allowing a media that doesn’t have our best interests at heart to make it one & if thry hadn’t Nunez’s good form may well have continued
