Very direct, part of what made him such a handful when he played against us. Unorthodox for certain and needs to relax at times but the signs are clearly very encouraging. Sometimes a slower start than Haaland is better in the long run.

Chances are more than just the finish - the movement has to be there, the anticipation and the control if it isn't a first-time effort.

Frustrating as any missed "sitter" may be, a striker generally has to do everything else right to have the opportunity to miss the sitter to begin with.

He is regularly getting chances and regularly scoring for us. Very happy thus far.

I was massively concerned when we signed him. At this stage, with our form, I'm just glad that he's scored some goals. There's lots of room for improvement. If we were playing anything like our best, he would have had 12 or so goals by now.
