I do wonder how often we leave players out who really could have played. Talk to any ex pro and they will tell you how rarely during a season they played without carrying any niggles, knocks or minor injuries. Seems like someone brushes past this lot and they’re out injured for a month.
    Rotation is a viable option.

Not sure what Tsimikas or Carvalho have to do to play at the moment.

1.77 points on average when he starts (54% win rate), 1.30 when he doesn’t (30% win rate)

    He's just getting started.

Carvalho needs to go the gym I think.

Think big Nat Phillips should feel the most hard done by this season. If I'd been watching Gomez, Matip and Konate get chance after chance despite some absolute woeful performances then I'd have been banging on Mr Klopp's door asking why I haven't been given a fair go.

Núñez - Núñez is just getting started. I think he is going to be an absolute Monster for us in the coming years.

He's 23 now. Imagining the 26-29 year-old version if he continues his development is some bloody prospect.

Edit: I was actually talking about Premier League stats which i should have said also, i barely remember Jota featuring at LFWD in the League last season

    Diaz played 21
Mane played a number there too

That doesn't leave many for Jota to have played

Including stats against lesser sides in cups in which he has had opportunities starting others haven't massively skews and distorts the stats

Remember you trying to use meaningless stats to say Gomez was a top CB? We know how that worked out and who was right on that score from watching and understanding the game don't we
Clean sheets, goals conceded, points per game tend to be useful stats all of the time. When Gomez was paying well at CB long ago, those type of stats were evidence of playing well.
This season such stats show we've been shocking, even without Gomez.
Who iirc you blamed for one goal as he didn't close down the shot, and on another goal you blamed him for blocking the shot and deflecting it in past Alisson.
In one instance he should block the shot and not left it to Alisson, in the other he shouldn't block the shot and leave it to Alisson.

With regards Jota for just last season and ONLY in the PL playing LWF:
    Played 9 - scored 2 - assisted 5 in 657 minutes
    Goal/or/Assist per 93.9 minutes
On this Goal/or/Assist stat he did better in the league than all comps.

For just the PL and playing LWF for LFC, Jota has for his career here
    Played 18 - Scored 5 - Assisted 5 - in 1,282
    Goal/or/Assist per 128.2 minutes
On this stat for his career he's better than Mane still, and better than himself all comps again.

The all comps critique of yours, of my using them, actually makes Jota better per minute on Goal/or/Assist stats.
It seems your speculation/suspicion is not born out by the stats.

Now Diaz joined on January 30th 2022. At which point we'd played 22 games in the PL. We'd been scheduled to play 23 but one wasn't played till February.
    https://www.transfermarkt.com/liverpool-fc/spielplan/verein/31/plus/0?saison_id=2021

So there were only 16 games remaining in the PL.
Pretty hard to have 21 appearances in the PL with only 16 games to play.
Of the 16 remaining PL games he played in 13 of them.
11 at LWF and 2 at RWF.
He didn't play v Burnley, Southampton or Watford.
    https://www.transfermarkt.com/luis-diaz/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/480692/plus/0?saison=2021&verein=&liga=&wettbewerb=GB1&pos=&tr ainer_id=

So if Diaz played LWF in the PL last season only 11 times, not 21, that leaves more games for Jota to have featured in for us.

Last season of our 3 lads, only in the PL and only at LWF....

    Jota- Played 9 - scored 2 - assisted 5 - in 657 minutes
    Goal/or/Assist per 93.9 minutes

    Diaz - Played 11 - scored 4 - assisted 2 - in 801 minutes
    Goal/or/Assist per 133.5 minutes

    Mane - Played 22 - scored 9 - assisted 2 - in 1,920 minutes
    Goal/or/Assist per 174.5 minutes
