    Newcastle won first leg 1-0.
10 clean sheets in a row for nick pope.
16 hours and 25 minutes without conceding a goal.
    That is some statistic.

Could Newcastle win their first trophy since 1969?? thats a mere almost 54 years..

Or even first domestic trophy since 1955 !

Mid to late 90s they came close.
2 fa cup finals, giving both arsenal a double and man u a treble.

Man u last went six years without winning a trophy between 1977 and 1983 and United boss Ten Hag wants to bring back that winning feeling to the club.
Not won anything since 2017 Europa league.

    Forest 1990 league Cup.

    Southampton 1976 fa cup
    (2010 football league trophy)

    I'd like a forest v Newcastle final.

Suspect Man u v toon. And toon to lose.

Rashford runs clean through the forest defence from halfway line for 1-0 to mancs.
Forest equalise but ruled out by var for marginal offside. Clumsy offside that as he was looking across the defensive line

Quite a good open and entertaining game this
Could have been 2-2 perhaps but still 1-0 to the mancs

    Goal 2 was by weghorst.
I don't recall seeing him before
He's a big lad at 6' 6" but looks quite quick and is quite agile as his goal shows
