We play Fulham 1st prem game, then another friendly next day behind closed doors with Aston Villa (likely opponents)
Klopp mentioned something similar in his Man City presser so that looks about right I imagine?

I'll be delighted with any injury-free win over Fulham. A good performance would be a nice bonus but mainly I don't want us falling behind anyone early in the season - or indeed, should Man City get a slow start, you want to capitalise.

Line-ups for those two games (July 30 & 31) will be interesting.
There's too much confusion, I can't get no relief

Sees the result, thinks I bet the useless Gomez started in defence and was doing his headless chicken routine dropping off and somehow disastrously culpable for their goal - I didn't need to watch the highlights did I

Let's hope we can keep Virgil, Konate and Matip avaiable all this season too

I googled Frauendorf. German international born in Ethiopia. I think I saw him before actually.
And does his name actually mean a village full of women?

Musialowski has a lot of promise and although he hasn't developed to the extent that many hoped, he still has time.

Gordon I think is carrying a relatively short-term injury as he didn't travel to Asia.

Bacjetic is another one to keep an eye on.

As Alan Hansen used to say Shockin Defendin. Mabaya just very casually lets Strasbourg chip our keeper. Nil 1

Mabaya and Bajcetic Seem to be getting a lot of game-time

Maybe the next youngsters to have a glimpse? I have Bajcetic comes good, midfielder looks decent.... in a ideal world he'll become boss and solve all our issues!

Howler from young Mabaya playing RB gifts Strasbourg the lead.

Couple of minutes later, Chambers the young LB gifts a casual clearance to the opposition on the edge and they go close to a second.

The youngsters need to learn quickly
